Hello everyone,

today I have another HAULy friday blog post for you.

hauly

I am honestly a little embarrassed about this one, since I got the products as a gift from my friend Katja LAST YEAR for my birthday/christmas …. ouch, I am late.

In ancient China, 1100 years ago, the Laughing Buddha was a famous monk whose legendary smile brought happiness wherever he went. For centuries, rubbing his belly has symbolised good luck and prosperity. This tradition is the inspiration for a collection of uplifting products that celebrate his positivity. Infused with Sweet Orange and the mood enhancing power of Cedar Wood, our Laughing Buddha collection brings a touch of happiness to your everyday life.

The collection comes with many different products, from shower gel and oil, to shower and body scrub, as a body cream and body mist. The general ingredients are sweet orange, which is a symbol for happiness and good fortune in China and also cedar wood, which is known for its skin soothing qualities. The scent of the products really does make you happy, so if you had a bad day or especially during cold winter times, this will surely brighten up your day.

As the company’s name suggests, they should be used in a way of a ritual.

step 1

Use the good blackbody scrub to give your body some energy.

step 2

Cheer and nourish your skin with the sensual fortune shower oil.

step 3

Enrich your day with the ultra nourishing touch of happiness body cream.

step 4

Embrace the day with the uplifting happy body mist.

They offer a two gift sets (1|2). I have received the 2nd one.

Discover and experience the energizing Laughing Buddha ritual at home. Spoil yourself or somebody else with this wonderful gift. The gift package is wrapped in a colourful and beautiful gift box.

The body scrub comes in a smaller size (125 gr) then they usually sell (375 gr). It has the usual texture and combination of organic sugar and softening oils.

The shower foam comes in full size (200 ml) and is one of my favorite Rituals products in general. You simply squeeze a small amount of gel into your hand, massage it into your skin and watch it transform into a rich, creamy, moisturizing foam. It lasts up to 50 showers (depending on how much and often you use it!)

My favorite line is their Sakura line. I simply ADORE the scent of it!

The shower oil also comes in full size (200 ml) and becomes a silky soft foam when it comes into contact with water. It will leave your skin soft and hydrated.

Tip: Its hydrating properties will reduce pigment loss in the shower meaning you can enjoy your beautifully sun-kissed skin for a longer period of time.

The body cream comes again, in a small size (70 gr) and its unique blend of Vitamin E, antioxidants and Centella Asiatica will leave your skin ultra nourished and hydrated.

I am usually not a big fan of super fruity scented products, but I still enjoyed this one. Thanks again to Katja (I know you read my blog) and I am sorry it took me so long to review it <3
