as you might remember from my BeatuyBloggerCafé 2016 Event Review, Weleda was one of the brands attending.

They had a nicely decorated room and most of their pomegranate line products with them to tell us more about.

The set up was just perfect. I really, REALLY loved it!

Today I would like to introduce the line to you guys and tell you why it is so good for people with more mature skin around the age of 40. (I am in my mid thirties, so I think I belong into that group as well)

About the pomegranate line

Pomegranate Firming Day Cream 30 ml (16.65 € at DM)

If you want to do something good for yourself and your skin, try the facial massage that is shown on the Weleda website. I personally have my own version, but I think it is important that you not only apply the skin care, but also massage it in.

A facial massage touches body and soul alike. It smoothes wrinkles, alleviates the tensions of everyday life and leaves fresh, shining skin.

Step 1

Gently place both hands on the face and spread without pressure to the outer part of your face.

Step 2

Place the fingertips of both hands against the temples and slowly move in circles from front to back without pressure.

step 3

Stroke your forehead: the hands lie alternately across your forehead and slide back to your temples.

Step 4

Swipe from the nasal root (with the ring finger) over the eyebrow arch and then from the outer to the inner eye angle.

Conclusion

I like the products I could try. The scent is, as always, a matter of taste. Personally, the scent of the fragrance was quite too much for me, but I think that’s because I usually don’t like fruity scents. I prefer more subtile scents like the Rituals or The Body Shop Sakura scent. For the other products, the scent didn’t bother me too much. Especially within the nail care products I really enjoyed it. As usual, the body wash was one of my favorites, same goes for the nail care products. I am still trying the face serum and the body lotion. So far I had no reaction, which is nice since I have really sensitive skin. The body oil is still something I have to get used to. Usually I don’t use body or face oils, since I don’t like the greasy feeling of them on my skin. They always make me wanna shower all over again :)

Overall, I would recommend the pomegranate line.
