transparency

Good evening everyone,

if you live outside of Germany you might not know that the identification of advertisements and commercial post in general are a big thing now. Lots of bloggers and YouTubers are being sued for no or not enough transparency on the matter. I always made pretty clear what I got sent and what I bought myself, but I don’t want to risk being sued which is why I want to make clear how I will be dealing with the matter.

For your information, this is a private blog. I do not earn money with my blog and do not accept any inquiries for paid blog posts. I would also never be influenced by a company. It is important to me that I tell you about my honest opinion on things I have tried.

Most of the products shown on my blog, instagram and face are bought and paid for by myself. When products have been sent to me by companies I always mark them as [sponsored]. Like I said, this does not influence my opinion. For your convenience I always add links to the brands website, social-media accounts and shops I bought products from into my posts. Because of that, in Germany, they count as commercial or advertisement.

Because of that, in addition I will put a disclaimer on each of my posts. They will be marked as followed:

or

Disclaimer: advertisement – the following products were sent to me by (company name).

solltet ihr außerhalb von Deutschland leben, wisst ihr vielleicht nicht, dass Tranzparenz in Hinblick auf Werbung in Beiträgen allgemein (sogenannte Kennzeichnungspflicht) ein immer größeres Thema wird. Viele Blogger und YouTuber werden für keine oder nicht ausreichende Kennzeichnung in der Sache verklagt. Ich habe in meinen Beiträgen immer klar gemacht, welche Produkte mir zugeschickt wurden und was ich mir selbst von meinem eigenen Geld gekauft habe. Dennoch möchte ich jegliche mögliche Mißverständnisse aus de Weg räumen und es künftig noch klarer handhaben.

Falls ihr es noch nicht wusstet, sage ich es gerne hier nochmals. Mein Blog ist ein privater Blog. Ich verdiene kein Geld mit meinem Blog und akzeptiere keine Anfragen für bezahlte Blog-Posts. Ich würde mich auch nie von einer Firma beeinflussen lassen. Sprich, ich lasse mir nicht vorschreiben wie ich Produkte zu rezensieren habe.Es ist mir wichtig, euch meine ehrliche Meinung zu Produkten mitzuteilen und darauf könnt ihr euch verlassen.

green, green, green – green?

Hey everyone,

sorry for that stupid caption haha

Today I wanted to show you some green polishes I own. They are mostly no name brands so I can’t really tell you how to get them^^

Here we go

I got this neon green polish from my best friend. She bought it in Poland. It is a really nice neon polish, but sadly the texture / consistency is not really good. It is very gluey which makes it difficult to apply evenly. Also on the pictures it looks darker then it is. It’s really NEON.

 

 

 

This polish I also got from my best friend. She bought it while she was in Tokyo last year. I don’t know where she bought it or which brand it is from, but I kind of remember her saying it was from a 100 yen store^^

It is a nice and light green popping color. I like it. The consistency here is a bit better then the first one.

This next polish I bought myself at the 1 euro shop Pfennigland. I like it, the consistency is good and it dries in no time. It also contains silver glitter, which I think looks really nice. They price was also great. I think 1,49 euro.

AWESOMENESS ALERT !!! Maybelline Color Show LE Street Artist [UPDATE]

Hello everyone,

OH MY GOD!!!! I am so super hyper excited!!!

Since a few weeks I keep seeing post of people in the USA posting about the new LE from Maybellin New York Color Show.

I was sooooo hoping this LE would also come to Germany, I even contacted the company directly to ask about it.
Just last week they told me that they are not sure if they would release it in Germany since customers and their needs/tastes are always different in each country. So they were basically not able to tell me anything.

BUT today I went to my local DM and COULD NOT believe my eyes!!!
There they were!!!

I must say that the collection is a bit different here though. There the collection contains 5 nail polishes, here in Germany I know of just 4. The one that I was most keen about is missing here. It is the red-black one, the dark blue one is also missing, but we have an orange one.
Also the names are different, but for that I could not care less ^^

Here are the US colors, later you will see the ones I bought today.

look at these awesome colors!

I was VERY surprised about the nice and smooth application! I thought it bought be difficult and gluey, but it wasn’t.
The only topper that made it a bit harder was 02 white splatter. It was a bit more gluey in consistency, but not much.

The orange one also surprised me with the color. When I saw it in store I was even hesitant to buy it, but then thought “ok, take it it’s just 2 euro and at least you will have all of them complete then”

That is the good thing about the Color Show polishes, they are ALL 1,95 euro and the price will probably not change.

Anyway, I would love to have the red and dark blue one as well, so if you see them here in Germany please let me know. and if you live in a country where they sell these, please send them over hehe

I think I will have a lot of fun with these. So if you like these kinds of toppers, go ahead and grab them as long as they are not sold out.
